This customer in Charlotte, NC had us back out 19 days after this
photo was taken to replace his second A/C.

This customer in Monroe, NC decided to install this Lennox XC17 system after he got tired of wasting money repairing his 7 year old TRANE system.

These photos show a condenser coil before and after cleaning. The coil on the left easily cost this owner in Charlotte, NC several hundred dollars per year in excess operating costs due to the decreased efficiency.

Our technicians are among the highly trained in the industry. Our technicians are among the highly trained in the industry.

Every new employee at Dorton's Heating & Air must undergo a minimum of 2 years on the job training with direct supervision as well as complete several mandatory technical training courses each year they are a member of our team. Caleb (pictured here) is our newest team member and at only 18 years of age has received more training than the majority of technicians working for our competition.

We firmly believe in doing whatever it takes to fix the problem. Here you see me repairing a refrigerant leak in a Lennox package unit that was caused when a nail (dropped into the fan by a gutter installer) punctured the copper piping inside the compressor compartment. Monroe, NC.
