I received proposals from 7 different HVAC contractors when I knew it was time to replace my 21 year old Lennox air conditioner. Jamie Dorton of Dorton's Heating & Air was by far the most knowledgable and professional. He also was the only one of the contractors I spoke with that actually took the time to explain his proposal to me in terms I could understand and answer all my questions without looking like I was being a nuisance. Needless to say I chose Dorton's and could not be happier with their service or my new Lennox air conditioner. I have already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors and 2 of them have already purchased a new system from Dorton's. Keep up the good work guys, unfortunately there are not very many service companies that go the extra mile like you guys do.

I got 6 estimates before I chose Dorton's to replace the heat pump at one of my rental houses and i knew as soon as I met Jamie (the day he came to quote my system) that I would be going with him. He was far more polite, knowledgable, and willing to stay and answer my questions than any of the other companies I had out. He also saved me a little over $900. I will definitely use Dorton's Heating & Air for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Thanks so much for sending Derek out so quickly to fix the gas leak at my house that the gas company found. You all were the fifth company I called and the other four told me it would be the next day before someone could get out to make the repair. .....in previous years I have used ******** Air & Heat for all my maintenance and repairs until I called one evening around 5pm and told them my heat was not working and they would not guarantee a technician could come out for at least 2 days. anjd I WAS a service agreement customer at the time. I called you guys and within less than 2 hours Tim was at my home. Two hours versus two days. Who do you think I am gonna call next time. Hint: Not ********.

After reading your company reviews on Angie's List I decided to let you replace my 23 year old heat pump and after 6 months I am 100% satisfied with your work, the new system and the fact that you did exactly what you said you would. The process was completely painless to me. You guys arrived when you said, finished ahead of schedule, explained everything in terms I could understand and actually left my house cleaner than it was when you arrived.
